From the Rockies to the Smokies

Baby Ace took an unprecedented three hour nap earlier today which contributed to me writing this post.  I had a connecting flight in Denver on my way to Tennessee.  I wish I had a bit more time between flights to go see the city for the first time.  Who knows, maybe I would have ran into NBA's new MVP.

About five minutes before our tee time, Sebastian walked to the tee box.  I nodded and waved.  Sebastian's caddie, Ed, arrived soon after.  We exchanged greetings as the four amateurs pulled up in their golf carts.  The four guys would be riding but Sebastian, Ed, and I would walk the course.

Miami Open Closed

Tonight, we should be sitting inside the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami.

I had missed several chances to watch him play in-person.  "There will be plenty of time," I told myself.  After all, the man was in his prime.  Years have passed since.

Baby Ace

What the heck is a baby ace - you might ask.

I suppose it could be a poker reference.  For a starting hand that includes an ace and a low second card.  If the two cards are suited, maybe we can start calling it a toddler ace?
